- Matthew Forrester Review added: 2018.04.29★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Took two weeks to fix phone which might be standard waiting time but wouldn't know as when I received my phone back he wouldn't tell me what was wrong with it and had no messages or notes from the engineer about what was wrong with it. When I questioned this he became short and snappy overall very rude. 3 weeks later my phone mic has stopped working and my home button no longer works so took apart phone to see that not all the screws had been put back. Would not reccomend as terrible customer service with a half arsed job. Possibly overcharged me but wouldn't know as never told what was wrong with phone.
