The staff are fantastic - you can turn up unannounced at any time of day and you'll often find a staff member simply sitting with her and having a chat or showing her photos. She is very fond of them. The room is very clean and great care is taken to ensure she is comfortable. I've visited various relatives in care homes and hospices over the years and this is by far the best and most caring I've seen.
